Our Steel Rim Pneumatic Wheels are available in 4", 6", 8" and 9" with a large range of tread pattern options.
All hubs are robot welded to ensure accuracy and consistent quality of weld, while the one-piece rims are welded together using a continuous seam welding technique.
Rims are surface treated prior to paining to provide excellent paint adhesion, while the baked enamel finish limits corrosion under adverse conditions.
In-house manufacture also provides the benefit of short lead times and the ability to offer colour matching to customer specifications.

4 Inch Steel Rim

Our range of Lemcol 4" pneumatic wheels offer the largest selection of tyre and bearing combinations available.
Unlike most similar products, the rims are fully manufactured in Australia to the same exacting standards expected of all Lemcol products.
The range includes both divided and one-piece rims pressed from 1.6mm thick material, offering strength and reliability.
There are three sizes of tyre offered in either lug, industrial or diamond tread pattern. All are supplied in 4-ply to provide greater durability.
6 Inch Steel Rim
Load Capacities up to 260kg
The Lemcol 6" range of pneumatic wheels offers a rim manufactured in Australia from quality raw materials.
The unique centres of the 6175 (rim width 1.75") and 6250 (rim width 2.50") range have been designed to provide extra strength and durability under heavy load.
The 6450 (rim width 4.50") range is manufactured from 2.0mm thick material, used to satisfy the rigorous demand of a riden-on mower application.
A large range of ball, roller, and precision bearings are offered to suit varying axle diameters.
The tyre types available are compatible to the rim width and working conditions. Tyres supplied in this range are 4-ply to provide greater durability.
8 Inch Steel Rim

Renowned for strength and reliability, the Lemcol range of 8" steel pneumatic wheels offers a premium product at an affordable price.
Selection includes both divided and one-piece rims for the 8175 (rim width 1.75") range, manufactured from 1.2mm thick material to suit a light duty garden wheelbarrow application.
The remained of the range is offered as a one-piece rim, pressed from 1.6mm material.
A range of heavy duty high speed wheels with prevision taper roller/ball bearing, seals and grease cap compliment the range. Available with highway or block tread pattern tyres, they are suitable for trailers, concrete mixers, agricultural implements and other materials handling equipment.
A large tyre selection is available in tread patterns to suit varying operating conditions. Most are offered in 4-ply to provide greater durability.
Stud Pattern Steel Rim
Load Capacities up to 780kg
Our ranges of stud pattern rims are manufactured to mount onto standard Holden HT or Mini hubs.
Available in both 8" and 9" diameters, the range is suitable for loads up to 780kg at a towing speed of 25kph, or 500kg for a light trailer application at 80kph.
Selection includes both divided and one-piece rims, offered in either a central or offset position.
Tyres have been selected for the most common operating conditions within the Australian market, but other tyre sizes and tread patterns are availale upon request.
