Waste Bin Castors
The Lemcol waste bin range has been designed for extreme strength and durability.
Frames
The range is made through the cold forming and fabrication of 8mm thick material. The swivel races are sealed against dust and supported by a grease nipple to maximize the working life when maintained correctly. All frames have a black zinc plated finish to provide corrosion resistance under normal conditions. Axle bolt options include either a M12 high tensile or 5/8" BSW bolt.
The plate size is based upon industry standard dimensions, conforming to AS B282.
Wheels
A ductile S.G iron wheel with a plain bearing is provided as an industry standard. This material is less brittle than standard cast iron, resisting cracking and breaking under high impact. Where surface condition or noise is a consideration, polyurethane on cast iron and black rubber on cast iron wheel options are also available.

Quick Release Castor Pad
The introduction of a quick release castor pad provides a simple solution to the problem of castor changeover. The pad is welded onto the waste bin and the castor is held into the pad with the use of two bolts. The user can easily remove the castor by removing one bolt only. This allows the changeover to occur on-site rather than the inconvenience of returning the bin to the depot.
Quick Release Foot Pad
The castor foot pad is used to compliment the castor pad when there is no requirement to have the waste bin mobile. The use of the foot pad reduces the possibility of damage to the castor pad and bottom of the waste bin.
