The Lemcol Medium Industrial range has an exclusive large diameter swivel bearing race, spreading the load equally around the entire top plate and preventing lateral loading of the kingpin. This design feature coupled with the heavy gauge steel frame, results in castors of superior strength and durability.

Being more robust, Lemcol Medium Industrial castors have a longer working life, making them a very economical choice.

Frames

The for and plate are pressed from heavy gauge material, with the kingpin precision machined. All components are zinc plated to provide good corrosion resistance under normal operating conditions.

Top plates are made to a widely adopted standard to comply with Australian Standard AS B282, maximising compatibility and ease of replacement or upgrading in the future.

Wheels

Wheel diameters range from 75mm to 160mm with a choice of cast iron, black or white nylon, hard or soft rubber and polyurethane. Maximum loads of up to 400kg per castor are achievable in this comprehensive range.

Phenolic wheels for high temperature applications of either 170°C or 300°C are available. These castors are assembled with a grease nipple and high temperature grease as standard.
